PAYMENT TERMS

Payment for the consultation and any prescribed products and medicines must be made, in full, immediately following the conclusion of the consultation. Cash, Eftpos/Debit and Credit card payments are accepted.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

My aim is to provide high-quality health care in a timely manner. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time, so that I can reallocate this appointment. Any reschedule or cancellation that occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time incurs a fee equivalent to 50% of the value of the consultation fee. Failure to provide notice of reschedule or cancellation incurs a fee equivalent to 100% of the value of the consultation fee. Failure to reply 'Y' to confirmation text is not considered notification of cancellation.   

I am unable to provide a refund for any services after the time that they have been provided. For prescribed products and medicines purchased, refunds are not available for change of mind. If a product or medicine has a fault or has been tampered with at the time of purchase, I will take the appropriate steps to replace or refund the product or medicine. 

FAQs

  • If you are a new patient, please book an initial consultation.

    If you are an existing patient and are simply rescheduling an appointment or have attended an appointment within the last 12 months, please book a follow-up consultation. If you are an existing patient and it has been longer than 18 months since your last appointment, please book an initial consultation.

    If you are an existing patient needing acute care, a prescription review/ repeat or a blood test analysis, please book an acute consultation.

  • If you are currently taking any medications or supplements, please take photos of, or physically bring the medications and/or supplements in with you.

    If you have any pathology testing from the past 12 months, please bring this to your appointment. This can include blood tests, scans, specialist reports, functional testing reports etc.

    If you keep a symptom diary or a diet diary, please bring this to your appointment.

    Some people like to bring a list or some notes with the points that they would like to discuss. This helps to ensure all concerns are addressed.

  • If you are needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please send this in writing to perri@ochrenaturopathy.com.au more than 24 hours in advance. Any reschedule or cancellation that occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time incurs a fee (see Cancellation and Refund Policy above).

    Due to the nature of my booking system, it is most helpful and much appreciated if you contact me directly to reschedule your appointment rather than booking a new appointment online and then writing to cancel your existing appointment.

  • Consultation fees are listed under services and also at the time of booking.

    Any prescribed products and medicines are additional to the consultation fee. Pricing and budget is discussed prior to prescribing. If you have any financial concerns or budgets, please make this known so that we can work within this.
